Toronto celebrity voice actor, author and actress SUNDAY MUSE stars in Cartoon Network #1 hit Total Drama Pahkitew Island

Toronto celebrity voice actor, author and actress Sunday Muse will be starring in the upcoming Total Drama: Pahkitew Island of the wildly popular Canadian animated television series, Total Drama. An animated parody of reality TV, the show premieres July 7 on the Cartoon Network and September 4 on Teletoon, Canada’s animation station. Total Drama is the #1 rated show on the Cartoon Network with 2.5million viewers and airs in 32 countries.

This brand new series will follow fourteen new contestants of teen freaks, geeks, egos and cowards as they smash, crash, and bash their way through horrifying challenges with one goal in mind: winning that one million dollar prize! And, in Total Drama tradition, fans will be able to vote for the winner.

Sunday Muse’s character, Ella, already a fan favourite following the recent Italian premiere, parodies the typical Disney princess, who sings and has a strong connection with animals. Like Disney princess, Snow White. When she breaks into song, birds will often join in and she frequently wakes up covered in adorable baby deer and rabbits! Each Total Drama Pahkitew Island character has their own audition tape, click here to view Ella’s Audition Tape

As a voice over celebrity, Sunday Muse has voiced dozens of cartoons including Cheer Bear from the Care Bears, Saffi from Jimmy Two Shoes, Pepper from Jane & The Dragon, Baby Binky from Disney’s Emmy Award winning Rolie Polie Olie, Wally from Arthur, Lara from Willa’s Wildlife, Minamiko on Yam Roll, plus many more. She is also featured on hit shows such as: Bakugan, Undergrads, Medabots, The Cat in the Hat, Odd Job Jack, The Future is Wild, Franklin, Angela Anaconda, Carl Squared, Mona The Vampire and Pecola.

Sunday has been featured as a Voice Actor in ChicaDee Magazine and her book, You Can Do Cartoon Voices, Too! is an enlightening step-by-step workbook geared to children and adults on how to become a voice actor.

Sunday’s theatre credits include Diplomatic Immunity (Theatre Centre), Two Words (Tarragon Theatre) and the Fringe hit Bitty Idiot (One Woman Show.) She has appeared in several films and television series including: Oscar Nominee Deepa Mehta’s Republic of Love, Universal Studios Evelyn, the Cutest Evil Dead Girl and a recurring role on Disney’s Monster Warriors.

Total Drama Pahkitew Island’s one-hour premiere airs on Monday, July 7 at 6 p.m. (ET, PT) followed by a two-week summer showdown with a new episode every weeknight at 6 p.m. (ET, PT).
